WYO Lifestim opened in June of 2022, in downtown Laramie, Wyoming.
Nail Artist, Redness Light Therapy Professional and Owner, Stacey Smallwood wanted to bring something NEW to Laramie by offering Red Light Therapy Treatments.
After a horse accident in 2019, Stacey had several injuries and a long 3 years off from her barrel racing and her PRCA Career. She went through several surgical procedures, surgeries, was in and out of rehab, was on several different pain medications, had several chiropractor visits, dry needling, Brain map therapy for a severe TBI and more.
She turned to Red Light Therapy and says,
"It saved her life"...in more ways than one.
Red Light Therapy promotes overall wellness and peak physiological function by encouraging the body's inherently restorative processes. Red light therapy is used for several different things, to relieve pain, relax sore muscles, increase blood circulation to deliver oxygen and nutrients throughout the entire body, hydrates, tightens and improves the skin and it will help improve the overall well being of your mental health.
Our Red Light Therapy Bed is the FIRST Bed System to gain over the counter FDA Clearance and all four treatment systems are proudly made in the USA.
We love that it's the natural way of supporting the body's repair processes without being touched. Just sit back, relax and enjoy some quiet time.
We offer a Full Body Bed Treatment, treating all aches and pains throughout the body and offering mental health therapy and relaxation, individual pain management treatments...such as Facial & Skin Treatments and specific area Pain Management Treatments. We also offer Nail Bar services, Mobile Nail Services and Wellness Spa Day Packages.

Hello, My name is Stacey Smallwood, I am the owner of WYO LifeStim Wellness Spa & Nail Bar. I am originally from California, but have lived in Laramie for 29 years and have learned to appreciate all that Wyoming has to offer. I have been a long time Laramie business owner since January of 1997, when I opened a Nail Salon. I enjoyed the people so much...later that year I decided to expand my business to offer people something unique and different and opened a full service Day Spa and Salon, which was the FIRST full service Day Spa and Salon in Laramie, WY.
After enjoying the the wonderful people our Spa services and Spa packages brought in, I added a coffee and smoothie bar.
I love Laramie and the people here.

I went to The University of Wyoming and LCCC for Interior Design, Fashion Merchandising and Business Management.
I have been a Licensed Nail Artist in Wyoming for 28 years and have always had a passion for doing nails and nail art. I pride my self on using top of the line products and have continued to stay educated with several certification's throughout the years and look forward to making your nails look beautiful so you feel good about yourself.

When I decided to open WYO LifeStim in June of 2022, I wanted to offer Laramie something new and different yet again...I saw that there was a need for all natural therapy/red light therapy, especially after all of my injuries and surgeries and seeing what it did for me. I can now tell others my story and could provide my customers with something all natural and non invasive... much better for your body, your skin and your over all health and well being.
As I am still meeting people and getting my business going, I am excited to help educate others on how red light therapy works and help others feel better, look better and take better care of their bodies and their skin.

I am now a Certified Red Light Therapy Specialist and excited to offer the Red Light Therapy Treatments at my Wellness Spa and also to Equine, dogs and other animals.
Outside of the Nail and Spa Industry, I am a Professional Barrel Racer, President of The Rowdy's Hope In Motion Foundation (a non profit 501c3 organization that helps farm, ranch and rodeo families) and own "Wyodiva Equine Couture", offering Equine Therapy Treatments, Equine Supplements and Fun Women's Fashion Accessories.
